Wanna Know How To Make Something?

Hey, guys! Wanna know how to make something? Let me know and I'll publish a DIY post for it if I can! Just know that I might not be able to do everything either because I don't have time or I don't know how. Keep in mind that I'm not really good at hardware stuff. But I can do duct tape, drawing, painting, jewelry, customizing clothing and accessories, friendship bracelets, and stuff like that. So if you wanna know how to do an art project, write a request in the comments below. Hope I can help!

DIY Feather Earrings

I made feather earrings!!!! Aren't they cool? Here's how I made them:
Pick the feathers you want to use. You can use one per earring or whatever (I used three per earring in three different colors). Use flat nose pliers to flatten a cord end around the tip of each feather. Depending on how far down you want your feathers to hang, attach oval-shaped jump rings to each cord end (I used 4 and they reach down to my shoulder). Tip: To keep the shape of your jump ring when you open and close it, don't open it by stretching it. Instead, use your flat nose pliers to move the two ends two either side of the jump ring so it makes a sort of spiral shape (If that's confusing you can look up best ways to open jump rings). Close it by squeezing them back together. Attach the ends of the chains to one circular jump ring. Attach the circular jump ring to an earring. Done! If you have any questions about the instructions or supplies you can ask me by commenting or do a search. I get all my jewelry supplies at Joann Fabric and Craft Stores. I highly recommend shopping there. They have tons of great deals and sales and they have a great variety of products. Enjoy! Comment and let me know how you did on yours and if this was helpful! Or post pics of your earrings. I'd love to see them!

It's October!!!!!!

It's October! And you know what that means! Yup. That's right! My birthday is this month! But it also means Halloween, one of crafters' favorite holidays, is coming soon. I always love to see people making their own personalized costumes. Hats of to you if you make your own! Be sure to let me know, if you get the chance, about any cool homemade costumes you see, wether it's your own or your friend's or one you found online, post it in the comments. Also make sure to check out my cool costume that I'm making in the previous post! Happy Halloween (and happy birthday to me!)

My Latest Project

Halloween is coming up and I always like to make my own costume. This year I'm going as a witch. I went to Joann's yesterday and bought tons of crafty stuff like sequins and paint and feathers. I love feathers! I think I just have a few last touches until I'm done with the hat. Do you like it? Post your answers along with any suggestions!!!

My Snake and Me

Here is some great inspiration for people who like drawing snakes. This is my buddy Mez the snake. I hope I have not scared anyone. Notice how the snake's scales look smooth and shiny instead of rough and grainy feeling like many people assume all snakes' scales are. This particular species of snake, Ball Python, actually has smooth scales. I have found that, when doing art, it can sometimes be a good idea to do research to find out these kind of things and to learn about what it is you're drawing or painting in order to make your art more realistic and more accurate.

Dragon's Eye

This is a picture of a dragon's eye that I drew for my dad for Christmas of 2011. The photo isn't very good but the actual drawing looks very realistic. You can't tell from this photo but the eye is from a green dragon. The picture was drawn on a canvas in colored pencils.

Hi Everybody!

Hi anybody who reads this, though I doubt anybody will. I finally finished making my first ever blog.
